The rooms feature a work desk, a minibar, and satellite TV. All rooms and bathrooms were renovated in 2009 and 2010. Some rooms are air-conditioned and feature a laptop-size safe. We stay in hotel Sud whenever we are in Graz and everything is always perfectly clean, everyone is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, we don't have to think about where to park and the garden is also great. We'll definitely come back

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Meticulously clean too. Convenient location in the Jakomini area of Graz where there's a variety of restaurants and bars, and it's a short walk to the centre of town.

Each room is designed around a theme and features flat-screen cable TV, a seating area and a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet. Some rooms offer views to the Mur River. Breakfast is served every morning, and a supermarket can be found 300 metres from the Baderhaus. I had a great stay here in August, the hotel had a nice vibe and a lot of decorations. Hallways had a nice appearance of a reconstructed old house. Absolutely would visit this hotel again!

All rooms are equipped with a kettle with tea and coffee facilities, in the Superior rooms you will also find Nespresso machine. Everything was excellent! Convenient location, clean room, quiet area, and the hotel itself was very peaceful. Thank you very much, we highly recommend it!
