The bed was very comfortable, and we had no trouble sleeping. Most importantly, the front desk staff helped us a lot when we had a problem. He was very kind, helpful, and caring. We regret that we were in a big hurry and didn’t get the chance to thank him properly. We didn’t speak the local language, so we would have felt so lost without his help. Thanks to him, the rest of our trip was easy and enjoyable.

The location was central to all main attractions, the rooms were spacious and comfy, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Marta. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon snacks during the hot afternoon was a nice addition.

Opened in April 2014, Roombach Hotel Budapest Center is located in Budapest and offers a 24-hour front desk, a lounge with a snack bar, and en-suite rooms with free air conditioning during summer and... Excellent location and easy to walk to the tram or bus. The room was on the smaller side but it's ok. The selection for breakfast was great and all the staff were really friendly, especially Maté who works at reception. We had a very early flight and they gave us a breakfast pack to go, that's was very nice detail.
