The family-run Hotel Maximilian is located in the heart of Innsbruck’s Old Town, next to a pedestrian zone, offering air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. The Golden Roof, the Imperial Palace, the Cathedral of St. James, Maria-Theresien Straße Shopping Street, the Congresshaus, the University, and the hospital are just a few minutes' walk away. Location and staff were both fantastic. Room was spacious and beautifully appointed.

Hotel staff and cleaning crew was super friendly. Especially the breakfast was amazing.

Our 2 nights stay was great beyond words, we were so impressed by the service provided by Charlie at the front desk. He is an excellent staff, so caring, lots of initiative, so helpful, unfortunately we didnt manage to thank hiim personally before we left. We were told by Lukas that Charlie is not on duty but he will convey the message to him. The room service was great too, fast and efficient. The shower was the best. Room was really comfortable, The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to all popular destination. I will be staying here whenever i visit Innsbruck.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. The pool was great for the kids. The location was great to get to anything in Innsbruck. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit.
