Surrounded by vineyards, this 4-star hotel is just a 5-minute drive from Göttweig Abbey and 10 minutes from the centre of Krems. The spacious, individually furnished rooms all have air conditioning and overlook the abbey and the surrounding vineyards. The property was really well maintained with great facilities. The owners of accommodation were very hands on and had great values They were very knowledgeable about food and wine which made the stay an experience and enjoyable. And the breakfast and dinner were delicious!!

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. It has its own charm with the decoration and paintings, we absolutely loved it! The breakfast is freshly made by the owner, Heidi. It was nicely served and the portion is more than enough 😁 We really enjoyed staying there, and definitely would go back again! ☺️

It offers free WiFi in all areas subject to availability. We stayed in this hotel on a short cycling trip along the Danube. Their main business seems to be the restaurant, which by the way serves good dinner and ice-cream! The rooms are on the 2nd floor and despite the busy restaurant below, we slept well. And they obviously knew how to set up a good breakfast buffet!

Family-owned for generations, the hotel combines authentic Austrian hospitality with a unique boutique atmosphere. Everything. The hotel is in a beautiful old building. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was diverse and tasty. Melk itself is a sweet little town with a magnificent Abbey. Little market during advent time is cute.

A traditional Viennese-style café in a 16th-century building in the pedestrian zone in the centre of Melk, Madar Café Restaurant zum Fürsten is only 500 metres from Melk Abbey. Free high-speed WiFi and free private parking are available. Location, history, food Manager even came out to help us park! Comfortable clean historic rooms with incredible views of Melk Abbey looming overhead! Absolutely no complaints, wish we could have stayed longer than one night.
