The hosts are amazing people, breakfast is great, view from the room is so incredible that it was simply difficult to leave the room, location at perfect walking distance from the station, nice food places within walking distance, spotless clean, cozy, homely, spacious, perfect for couples or solo travellers if you want to get away from a busy city.

Family-run for 150 years and renovated in 2014, Seewirt Zauner is situated right on the historic market square in Hallstatt’s car-free centre and 150 metres from the waterfront at Lake Hallstatt. Amazed and surprised when opened the door tot he balcony. I was like in a dream. Fantastic view from the balcony. LOcation superb. Value for money. Breakfast was in another hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Apartment Hotel Seerose offers rooms and apartments in Obertraun in the heart of the Salzkammergut Region, a 1-minute walk from the shore of Lake Hallstatt and only 3 km away from the UNESCO-listed... The apartment was spacious and very clean. In addition to that there was an amazing mountain view through both the balcony!
