Locatia este excelenta, foarte aproape de Hofburg, Mariahilferstrasse, Museums Quartier. Personalul iti ofera de bun venit, o cupa de sampanie si produse de patiserie in camera. Micul dejun foarte bun cu fructe proaspete si preparate calde pe care le poti comanda. Personalul este foarte amabil si te ajuta cu orice ai nevoie. Poate fi considerat un bonus posibilitatea de a comanda cafea in camera ori de cate ori doresti prin comanda de room service. Hotelul dispune de SPA unde te poti relaxa dupa o zi obositoare in Viena. Un hotel la care vom reveni cu bucurie. Totul a fost excelent !

The staff was exemplary professional, kind and helpful, we really enjoyed the scent every time we entered the hotel and our room, entire hotel was lovely decorated with clear sense for details and composition. Windows exceptionally supressed all noise from the main street, the sound system was amazing and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and had an elevated experience that always creates smiles on our faces every time we think about it. Thank you!

Everything about the hotel is perfect for a long weekend break. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, the staff friendly and attentive while the location of the hotel is perfect on a quiet street a stroll away from the absolute centre of town.

It still has the grandeur of the famous hotels of the past and the service is beyond 5 stars...
