The Hotel Föhrenhof is situated in a peaceful area on the edge of a forest in Farchant, just 3 km from the Garmisch-Partenkirchen. We loved this excellent hotel! It has a dream-like location with mountain views and is close to very nice hiking trails. The room was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. The breakfast and coffee were good. The staff was very kind and friendly.

The 4-star superior hotel has been family-run since 1634 and offers an indoor swimming pool, various saunas, steam baths, a children's playground and a cosy lounge. We had a wonderful stay, especially as a family! The hotel offers fantastic options for everyone — the pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, and theater kept us entertained, and the three included meals each day were delicious, with fresh natural juices in the morning being a highlight. The location is also perfect, close to the top attractions in the city, making it easy to explore. Most of all, the incredible staff made our stay feel extra special. We’re already planning our next vacation to return here in the winter — can’t wait! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Offering mountain views, a wellness centre (adults only) and 2 restaurants and free WiFi, this modern-style hotel is set in the hills above Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The location is unbeatable, right at the foot of the mountain with stunning views. The room was spacious and the in-room sauna was a thoroughly enjoyed. The massages were exceptional—some of the best we’ve had in a long time (ask for Adina). Dinner was another highlight (Frans-Josef), offering a new and delicious menu every night. A truly memorable stay!

Featuring a modern spa area, an indoor pool and views of the Bavarian Alps, this family-run garni hotel is located just 10 km from the German border with Austria. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Located in the winter sports resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hyperion Hotel Garmisch – Partenkirchen offers modern rooms, a daily breakfast buffet and an indoor heated pool. Rooms were clean, spacious, quite, strong shower. Breakfast was delicious.

Very good welcome by the welcoming staff at the door and at the front desk that night! And they even helped us with our bags and parked my car! We even ate dinner in the restaurant that was superb!!

Just a 2-minute walk from Oberammergau Train Station, this family-run hotel features a pretty garden terrace, a breakfast room and free on-site parking. Surprisingly enough, the owner was speaking French. He was vey helpful and made us feel like home. The breakfast was excellent with all you want to eat to start the day. The place was only 15 minutes ride from Garmisch where we wanted to go for two days, therefore ideal location. A lot of restaurants are available by walking distance. Overall, a lovely stay. We highly recommend this place !
