Offering lovely views towards Mount Wellington, the 1847 Islington Hotel offers luxurious accommodation with original artwork and precious antiques. The property was stunning in every way. There was clear attention to every detail, from the furniture to the artwork, the way the staff personalised your experience and the little chocolate and tea delivered at night. I felt like I was welcomed into someone’s home and treated to delicious food and incredible service.

Situated on Salamanca Place, Salamanca Suites offers spacious apartments with a balcony, just 100 metres from the edge of Sullivans Cove. There is a car rental facility available upon request. The location in Salamanca Place was just wonderful. The apartment itself was fabulous. We booked a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment with a terrace. It’s been newly renovated- and very tastefully styled. The place was clean and very comfortable. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in Hobart.
