The house is simply charming — cozy, beautifully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged, with a super comfortable bed, a lovely fireplace, and a great shower. The breakfast was delicious, and the fridge was generously stocked with nice food. The coffee machine was a great bonus, too! The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, making our stay wonderfully relaxing. We couldn’t recommend it more!

The Tropicana Motor Inn is situated on Phillip Island, just 300 metres from Cowes Beach and the Esplanade, where you can enjoy a variety of excellent restaurants, cafes and shops. Surprisingly clean and well equipped for a small space. Toilets looked like it was just renovated. We had a comfortable sleep.
