Absolutely everything. Staff were best ever encountered anywhere. Couldn't do enough to help us out with visiting grandchildren. Advised us of local sites to visit. We stayed 4 nights. Debbie's Place is 150 meters from the Great Sandy National Park and 500 meters from Rainbow Beach. Debbie's is a great spot for a couple's getaway prior to or returning from your K'gari adventures. It is not in the center of town but the train station is 5 minutes walk away, the ride to town center is 50 cent and takes 10 minutes so you don't have to get there with your car and pay for parking. Free parking on site and lots of dining options around

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street.
