Absolutely wonderful stay at Saltbush. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly man (his name escapes me) who gave us a great recommendation for a butcher so we could get some steaks for dinner. The entire place is cozy and rustic. We didn’t use the baths but they looked so cool! Rooms were spacious, our cabin looked out onto some grass with kangaroos grazing, which was a delight for our 9 month old. It had everything we needed, including wine glasses, I only wish we’d bought a bottle from them! Highly recommend, we had a lovely little stay :)

Absolutely everything. Staff were best ever encountered anywhere. Couldn't do enough to help us out with visiting grandchildren. Advised us of local sites to visit. We stayed 4 nights. Absolutely fantastic. THE PLACE TO STAY!

Debbie's Place is 150 meters from the Great Sandy National Park and 500 meters from Rainbow Beach. Debbie's is a great spot for a couple's getaway prior to or returning from your K'gari adventures. Debby is incredibly nice and friendly! The room was exactly as described—clean and equipped with all the facilities we needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and it's great value for money!

Overlooking beautiful Laguna Bay, the renovated Seahaven Resort offers sophisticated, modern holiday apartments with direct access to Noosa’s Main Beach. Perfect location at the beach, very friendly staff, all very well organized. Example: after check out, you receive a new key card so you can still have access to the pool, a guest wifi code plus access to guest shower/toilet room.

This boutique hotel, located in the inner city suburb of Toowong, offers stylish accommodation and modern facilities. Guests enjoy free WiFi and in-room movies. I loved Jephson! I stayed here for 5 days and would happily have stayed more. The staff were absolutely lovely, so friendly and helpful. Toowong is actually a great option, about 15-20 minutes on the bus or train to the centre or about half an hour on the ferry. Toowong village shopping centre is 5 minutes walk and has loads of infrastructure, there's a street full of good Asian restaurants and coffee shops between the station/bus stop and the hotel and KatsuCo next to the hotel is excellent. It's worth taking the public transport to take advantage of the significantly better price.

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. Great staff, very good location and free equipment hire. Felt like home!

Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Granddaughter absolutely loved the pool. All facilities and services were excellent.

She upgraded one of our rooms to beautiful River Cottage on the creek. Breakfast was generous with the freshest of produce and very reasonably priced. Everything perfect.
