Boasting an outdoor swimming pool, free BBQ facilities and a free airport shuttle, Saltbush Retreat is a 3 minutes’ drive from Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and Qantas Founders Museum. Absolutely wonderful stay at Saltbush. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly man (his name escapes me) who gave us a great recommendation for a butcher so we could get some steaks for dinner. The entire place is cozy and rustic. We didn’t use the baths but they looked so cool! Rooms were spacious, our cabin looked out onto some grass with kangaroos grazing, which was a delight for our 9 month old. It had everything we needed, including wine glasses, I only wish we’d bought a bottle from them! Highly recommend, we had a lovely little stay :)

Debbie's Place is 150 meters from the Great Sandy National Park and 500 meters from Rainbow Beach. Debbie's is a great spot for a couple's getaway prior to or returning from your K'gari adventures. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Everything felt brand new and well thought out. We enjoyed making food on the gas cooker/bbq and sitting out on our private decking area in the evening. Our K’gairi tour had the option to pick us up from Debbie’s which was superb. There’s a shop, launderette and chip shop 1 min walk away. Great location. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend :)

Overlooking beautiful Laguna Bay, the renovated Seahaven Resort offers sophisticated, modern holiday apartments with direct access to Noosa’s Main Beach. Loved the location right on the beach and on the main drag. Room was small but we were pleased to get a balcony. Staff extremely friendly, and they provided us with beach towels, chairs, umbrella. They also have 2 really nice pools and outdoor cooking facilities.

This boutique hotel, located in the inner city suburb of Toowong, offers stylish accommodation and modern facilities. Guests enjoy free WiFi and in-room movies. The reception was so friendly, easy check in and out with plenty of space for parking at the time we were there. The room was so nice and fit all of us perfectly and was super clean and spacious! Had a really good stay!

The 4-star By The Sea Resort is located in the centre of Port Douglas, next to Four Mile Beach and just a 2-minute walk from the restaurants along Macrossan Street. Excellent location right by the beach and all shops, restaurants. Very clean, with all the facilities you might need (small kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer available for shared use, towels, beach gear, pool).

Featuring a private saltwater lagoon, sandy beaches and an artificial reef with tropical fish, the 28-storey JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is set in the heart of Surfers Paradise. An amazing experience to stay at JW Marriott. The staff was very courteous and caring. Rooms were very nice and had great views. The best part was the breakfast at Citrique which has one of the most elaborate spreads that I had seen. Lots of options for vegetarian as well. And desserts that were quite delicious. The pool area is also very nice and cozy. Lots of lounging chair. They even have a large heated pool and a heated jacuzzi. Don't miss them if you are there.

Featuring elegant rooms with a spa bath and a balcony overlooking Cairns or Trinity Inlet, Pullman Reef Hotel is only 250 metres from Cairns Esplanade. It features a casino and 4 bars with live music.... The Casino is definitely the Star of the property but the Restaurants and Pool Deck were also incredible.
