The cabin is well equipped, we had a good stay, the place is quiet and nice. We had a wallaby that has joey in pouch came to visit, the kids were thrilled.

The room was comfortable & clean, with a pleasant view of the mountain. Staff are always very helpful & the hotel has beautiful surroundings & is very well located.

Cradle Mountain Highlanders offers secluded cabins on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It provides convenient, self-catering facilities and is a 5-minute drive from the park’s entrance. It was a special and peaceful retreat in a cabin surrounded by the forest. Both the reception area and the cabins were beautifully designed. The fireplace inside the cabin kept us very warm—so much so that at night, we even left the window slightly open while the fire was still going. It was conveniently close to the Visitor Centre and Devils @ Cradle. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, but I’d recommend bringing enough ingredients if you plan to cook your own meals.

Lovely place, super location and clean. Heater worked well as everything else. Loved the family chalets with two bedroom for our group of 12 we fitted easily into three of them.
