Breakfast is buffet style. The Old Town Hotel exceeded my expectations during my five-day stay. The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. They helped with recommendations, travel assistance and with anything I needed during my stay. The location is perfect for exploring Sarajevo, located in Bascarsija and close to everything. The rooms are extremely comfortable. As a person who spends most of the day walking and exploring, it was nice to return to the hotel to find a comfortable room, kettle and tea and a wonderfully hot shower to refresh myself before going to dinner. I was extremely impressed by the breakfast. There is a wonderful combination of eggs, cheeses, meats, croissants and bread, yogurt, coffee and juice. The breakfast room is very comfortable and a fantastic value to my stay. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sarajevo. This was my first visit to Sarajevo since 1994 and I will return and stay at the Old Town Hotel. Highly recommend!

This was a last-minute booking for me since I extended my stay in Sarajevo and the apartment which I had booked orignally wasn’t available for another night. I was a little skeptical at first because usually on a short trip you stick to one spot and i did not have any complaints from my earlier booking, but this apartment honestly exceeded my expectations. As a solo traveller, the room was sufficient for me with everthing needed. it is located right in the old town so the location is ofcourse exceptional. being a busy area, the noise did not become an issue since the windows are well soundproofed. But what truly makes this place special is the host. She is a wonderful, caring and sweetest lady you will ever meet. She will personally ensure that you have a most comfortable stay. When i did not come to the apartment for a while after checking-in, she even got worried for me and sent me a couple of text messages to enquire about my well being - this was a such a thoughtful gesture. Also you would love to keep chatting with here as she is so interesting in conversations. She will help you will all the advices and recommendations about the places to visit in Sarajevo . I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo.

The decor was modern and stylish, giving the space a warm and inviting feel. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs. It was situated in the heart of Sarajevo, making it easy for us to explore the city and take in all of its cultural and historical landmarks. Additionally, the apartment was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy for me to get around the city without a car. I really appreciated the free parking provided by the hosts. This was a huge benefit, as I did not want to worry about parking in the busy city center. Overall, my experience at the Modern City Apartments was outstanding. Kanita and Admir were gracious and welcoming hosts, and the apartment exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
