Hotel Kandilj is situated in the heart of the bazaar Baščaršija in the oldest part of Sarajevo, combining a traditional Bosnian atmosphere and modern comfort. Free WiFi access is available. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very confortable, very close to the old town (5 min walk), clean and has good quality/price. The room was clean and reasonably big (had hair dryer too). Breakfast was good (mainly continental, with both cold and cooked food), they served bosnian coffee too. The main plus is the staff: they’ve all been kind and helpful before we arrived (always replied super quickly to our texts and accomodated all our requests/needs) and during our stay. They even offer late check out when they heard we had a late flight. The hotel is highly recommended.

The family-run Pansion Hotel Villa Harmony - Free Parking is located in Vraca, one of the most beautiful and quiet parts of Sarajevo, boasting magnificent views of the city. Thank you very much to Benjamin and Tarik for such a warm welcome! We felt like valued guests from the moment we arrived: we were warmly greeted, Benjamin helped us with parking, gave us a city map and told all about the city. We were upgraded to a triple room for free and there was a balcony with a breathtaking view of Sarajevo. The staff was very attentive and always checked if everything was alright and ready to help. The room was lovely, spacious, and impeccably clean, there was hot water 24/7 (after a long day it is important). Breakfast was a solid 10, with high-quality and tasty food. The parking was indeed secure with plenty of spaces. The hotel is located uphill (typical of Sarajevo), but it was a pleasant 20-minute walk or a quick 3-5 minute drive to the city center. Many thanks to the Villa Harmony team for the outstanding level of service; it was our first time experiencing such hospitality, and we were pleasantly surprised!
