We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to.
