Amazing design and architecture Beautiful place Friendly staff

Absolutely beautiful townhouse with stunning art and an extremely helpful owner! Excellent breakfast, easy parking just outside the house, huge comfortable beds! Would love to come back and stay longer!!

Beautiful and well designed hotel, location is perfect 5mins walk to the centre. Breakfast is well catered.

I was told that I was upgraded to a lodge, which was a standalone barrack in the woods. Very well designed. It might be good for some people to stay in such a room, but it would be nicer if I was given the option to prefer a room. Normally I don't prefer this room. For example, the glass ceiling was not what I would prefer. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Once inside it is well designed and quirky .the bed was super comfortable , and design was excellent with the breakfast being the best I have had in a long time ! Fresh pineapple , homemade scrambled egg and good coffee ! What’s to not love ! Only problem was it’s above a Lebanese restaurant not quite what is pictured so a little more pricey than it should be BUT it was the best place have stayed in despite that !

This is a remarkable place, with wonderfully prepared and kept apartment rooms with all facilities (including free coffee capsules and a well-stocked alcohol cupboard at clearly stated prices) beautifully maintained. Breakfast in the garden tepee was a real treat, an amazingly full platter of bread, meat and preserves along with hot and cold drinks. The place itself is amazing and has clearly been lovingly restored and designed. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful, despite our respective language limits.
