The five-star luxury hotel features 157 Alpine-style rooms, including 25 suites and an exclusive Presidential Suite, fully renovated Kempinski The Spa, four conference rooms and dining rooms with spectacular views of the majestic Pirin Mountains, offering an authentic Kempinski gourmet experience. My wife and I recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel in Bansko, and while most of the experience was exceptional, there were a couple of things worth noting. First, the breakfast was outstanding—easily a 10/10. The egg station was a standout, with fresh and perfectly prepared dishes each morning. The variety and quality were excellent. We were served by Darko during dinner, and he was truly exceptional. His wine recommendations were spot-on, and he made our dining experience special. Props to him for his impeccable service. The reception was welcoming and efficient, and the pool area was fantastic—well-maintained and the perfect spot to relax. However, one thing that bothered us was the lack of enforcement of the restaurant’s dress code. While there is a policy in place, we noticed people dining in shorts, and worse, some were even blowing their noses at the tables, but everything else was exceptional.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. The hotel has a terrace and views of the mountains, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

This charming, family-run boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street in the heart of Bulgaria’s popular Bansko ski resort. Individually decorated rooms have cable TV and free Wi-Fi. Guests benefit from free shuttle services to the gondola ski lift during the winter ski season. Free private parking is possible off site. Wherever we look everything was very clean. Very nice place, nice breakfast aera . I choose room with fireplace but the 1 night we dont have that , they told US IT was not availabe. But later Lady from recepion try to fix that and finally give us The room with fireplace. The breakfast isnt like buffet, You have some option to choose. Whatenever everything what we choose was enough. I Hope we will see you again! Thank you !

Boutique Hotel Uniqato is conveniently built for skiers – right next to the entrance there is a ski closet that can also be accessed with a room key card. Clean, spacious room, had a nice mountain view. The breakfast was sooo tasty, they even had kids choices. The parking was convinient with an elevator to our floor.
