Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Location, service, staff, facilities... the jacuzzi outside was super cool. all was top ! Well done guys

Really liked the cleanness and the size of the rooms. It is quiet place and the restaurant is really really good!!! I can say it is perfect. It is near the center and close to the hiking trail’s.
