They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

This charming Boutique Hotel Uniqato benefits from a quiet and central location close to the ski area of Bansko and just 100 metres from the ski lift. The room and the bathroom are very spacious. The staff was nice. There was a parking spot in a garage with OK dimensions for SUV. We were there twice in a week for a night. On a first morning, we had buffet breakfast, but a week later, we had a la carte breakfast. It is very good location, walking distance to gondola and great for stroller, because there is a pavement all the way to the city center (pedestrian area).

The staff were really nice and attentive and seemed to care for the hotel which was very clean and well kept. Our room was spacious with a wonderful balcony (great views). The room was clean and the beds were not too soft nor too hard, but just right. It was very quiet at night and we had great sleep in this family run inn. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious every morning with lots of options to choose from. Lots of wonderful charm to this family run inn.
