The half board package was exceptional in the time we were there there was no meal repeats and every night was different. Excellent and kind staff, beautiful mineral water baths and swimming pools saunas and other spa facilities are clean and outstanding. Honestly you feel like you are in the Swiss alps.

Located in the middle of the Studenetz Ski Area in Pamporovo, Hotel Iva – Elena offers luxurious suites with free Wi-Fi and a balcony with mountain views. The room was clean. I traveled alone with my dog and took a single room. The bed was bigger than expected.

The hotel was very clean and everything was working fine. The kitchen was fully equipped and the staff was extremely friendly. We were very impressed by the host Elena! She was very kind and made sure all our needs are met.
