The owners are extremely friendly and talk good English. The rooms are modern and well decorated . Breakfast is not included but with a few extra money you can have a good start of the day . Swimmingpool is available for free and water is cristal and clean . Balcony is also with big dimension and you can seat comfortable for relaxing outside the room.

We were surprised that it was even better than presented in the online photos. Excellent value for the money, easy walking distance to shops, the beaches and the old town. Highly recommend it for a group! Planning to return again and stay.

Most have a balcony with views of the Bay of Sozopol. The area is beautiful, quiet and the staff in the reception very very helpful. Parking outside the hotel. We visited off season so we cannot comment on breakfast.
