It was out first time staying at a Le Germaine hotel and it was really exceptional. Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and informative. There are thoughtful details throughout the rooms and were also very spacious and comfortable.

Situated in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Creekside Villa is located in Canmore, 27 km from Banff town centre and 5 km from Banff National Park. Mountain views and free WiFi are offered. I wish I could post this review twice to give Creekside Villa ten stars! Every corner of this place oozes charm, with some of the most tastefully quirky furnishings we’ve ever seen. The attention to detail and character in the decor made it feel like a true home away from home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Communication was friendly and efficient. We were greeted with warm hospitality. The on-site café was a delightful surprise, serving up some of the best coffee and bites we had on our trip. Complimentary cookies and a nostalgic lolly station were an amazing touch. We’ll most certainly plan a return trip to Canada just to stay here again. This exceptional place was the cherry on top of the beautiful town of Canmore.

We received an upgrade upon arrival. The room had a balcony with a barbecue and a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. We also loved that there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the room. I would always book this Hotel again.

Only registered hotel guests have access to the on-site pool and waterpark and must wear their designated wrist bands to identify them as a register guest, this Calgary property provides free Wi-Fi. THE STAFF was very welcoming and polite and patient. this is what gives one a good opinion of a place/hotel. the ROOMS WERE also good and clean. breakfast was EXCELLENT FOR NON VEGETARIANS AND EGGETARIANS , but average for vegetarians. the only point is as a vegetarian most of us dont necessarily consider egg as a vegetarian dish. so please name dishes appropriately - mentioning that it contains egg. there are about 150 million of us like me in India who are not eggetarians but vegetarians and many think that people in the west know the difference between a vegetarian and a eggetarian. this is not unique to your hotel, but all over Canada[ which by the way is a beautiful place with nice people] However Canadians are taught that egg is vegetarian , but that is not the case for many Indians.
