The hotel is excellent. Staff willing to help and quick responses. The bus runs every 30 minutes from pillar 37 in front of gate 16 at the airport. Thank you.

Only registered hotel guests have access to the on-site pool and waterpark and must wear their designated wrist bands to identify them as a register guest, this Calgary property provides free Wi-Fi. The courteous service, the comfortable beds and the friendliness of the staff. Our luggage didn't arrive in Calgary. After we had tried to call the airport and the airline many times ourselves, the front desk manager gave us great support and called us again and tried to solve the problem for us. We were also provided with free shuttle service to the airport so we could search for our luggage. In the hotel the guest is king. All employees are super motivated and helpful. The hotel has a water park with 2 large slides. Our two daughters particularly liked this. The continental breakfast buffet includes: Toasts, muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, bacon, pancakes, juices, jam, peanut butter and much more
