Everything great and room comfortable, near the airport, perfect to stay in your long layover. Has a free shuttle from/to airport which was great.

I love that you can book a hotel room that goes right into the pool area. I like the fact that I don’t have to go walking wet through the hotel. The staff are very friendly and they quickly checked me in. We enjoyed room service so we didn’t have to change out of our things.

It was an exceptional welcome. Ivan and Dorcia were at reception, and they gave us a warm welcome. As soon as they heard about the anniversary celebration, they congratulated us and sent a gift to our room. They are the best! The breakfasts and cleaning were flawless; everything was perfect. I would definitely come back.

Location was excellent. The bed was very very comfortable. Staff was friendly. We enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay in Hotel Arts next time we visit Calgary.
