Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.

The staff and manager are exceptional, there was a noise issue with another guest. This was dealt with quickly and politely. The reaction of the hotel staff was very impressive. The concierges Tony and Robert were so helpful as was the doorman Michael. The hotel is located in a very area of Toronto close to nice restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and staff were beyond helpful and friendly. The bed was VERY comfortable! We will come back next time we’re in Toronto.
