I really appreciated the warm and welcoming reception we received upon arrival. The staff was super attentive, and the chalet we stayed in was incredibly cozy and spotlessly clean. It made our stay feel extra comfortable and relaxing! The peaceful surroundings added to the charm, making it a perfect spot for a truly enjoyable and restful getaway. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil and pleasant stay.

We greatly enjoyed the room which had everything we needed and was very clean and luxurious. We enjoyed being able to park right outside our room which made it super easy to move our luggage in. Special mention to the friendly and excellent reception staff and excellent and friendly restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner. Excellent location for both our room around the lake and also the view of the lake from the restaurant. Lovely hot tub and washing machine and tumble dryer room which was cheaper then a laundromat. The lake is beautiful and so is Jasper National Park. I would highly recommend this hotel.
