The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and we had been well served at the restaurant. Really recommend.

Pauline was a wonderful host and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The house was very quiet and I was able to sleep both during the night and during the day when I pulled some night shifts without any disturbances. The views from the house were amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again if work brings me back to the area!

Across the street from the Vancouver Art Gallery, this hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Robson Street Shopping District. It offers an indoor saltwater lap pool, a spa and 24-hour room service. This was our first stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and we had a fantastic time. We had stayed at the Rosewood Hong Kong before and feel that the service was on par. We arrived in the morning and the team made their best efforts for early check-in and gave us an upgraded room by 12pm. Meanwhile, we got access to the pool/sauna which was perfect after a red-eye flight. The room was great and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed all the F&B at the hotel including breakfast at Reflections, drinks at the lobby lounge & Prophecy and the Mother’s Day lunch at HAWKSWORTH. Also the coffee bar was cute. The team was able to give us late checkout at 4pm, giving us more time to relax before our night flight back to Singapore. We also appreciated that the team was very helpful with our abundance of luggage. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

I had an excellent stay at the Loden Hotel. The experience felt very personalized and intimate, thanks in part to the hotel’s smaller size and warm atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of always having water with citrus delivered — a small detail that made a big difference. The gym exceeded my expectations, both in terms of size and the quality of the equipment. Breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, Tableau, was another highlight. This French restaurant offers food of truly excellent quality, making it a pleasure to start the day there. The location is superb — within walking distance of many tourist attractions and downtown, where numerous shuttle buses depart for other key sights. Overall, this hotel delivers a high-quality, personal experience in a prime location. Highly recommended.
