Great location, free water, tea and coffee, very nice rooms and excellent shower, breakfast included to the room also very good. Man on reception during the day exceptionally friendly and very helpful.

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. The room was very clean and we absolutely loved the breakfast! Ted was helpful and kind. Quite close to the Falls and easy access.

The property was immaculate, we stayed in the Gaugin bedroom, bed was excellent w/private bathroom. Her daily breakfast was delicious. The location was walking distance to all attractions. Just 15 minutes' walk from the Falls and scenic parkway, this multi-levelled motel boasts an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sun deck with loungers. The room was perfect. It was incredibly clean and you saw the cleaners there everyday. I was given an upgrade as the manager/owner, Dave, had said that he makes sure to give those staying for a few days the bigger rooms. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfy. The room was equipped with a coffee machine with free coffee, sugar, and whitener which was all very appreciated. There were also complimentary soaps and shampoo included which was very helpful. The mini fridge was great for keeping my drinks cool and for a beverage pool side! The pool was fabulous and was open from 9am-10pm. The owners/managers/people working there were fantastic and very helpful - upon arrival, you will be given lots of advice on visiting the falls and given coupons to get discounts to the falls attractions and places for food. I also loved how out of the way it was but within 15min walk to the falls. The hotel is also really really good at regulating people being loud and unsociable, so if you're someone who is looking to have peace and quiet without being woken up at 2am by people drinking, then this is the place for you. I could not recommend this place enough - it is fantastic value!!
