For the price and compared to nearby hotels, this is a great choice for anyone spending a night in Niagara Falls.

Great location, 10-15 walk from falls view and main attractions center. Bus stop on the same road shorter walk away in both directions.

Surrounded by well-tended grounds, Butterfly Manor is just 3 km from the popular Niagara Falls. Butterfly Manor is conveniently located, just a short walk from train station - and around 15-20 min scenic walk from Niagra Falls. Host (Ted) is great, very helpful, talkative and hospitable. Both rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean, and have everything you can possibly ask for (TV, fridge, ultra comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom). We also got a free room upgrade! :) And breakfast is prepared based on your preferences, at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Niagra Falls next time.

Such quaint and lovely accomodation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were absolutely spotless.
