Este hotel histórico fue construido en la década de 1890 y es uno de los primeros hoteles de Lauterbrunnen. The place is extraordinary. In the heart of the valley. Although we booked a smaller room, Adam upgrade us with a better room. Everything was perfect. The room, it was clean, the view from tje balcony breathtaking and the brekfast also perfect. Adam was very kind and helpful. We had also parking in the property, very important if you are travelling by car. For sure we will choose it again and we totally recommend it to everyone!

It was really the best place of my trip with fantastic view of the mountains. Services and staffs were amazing and friendly. The room was absolutely clean, spacious, and we would just want to sit in there look at the view the whole day long. Breakfast was great, with good selections. We really loved this place and wish we could stay longer. Will surely come back here in the future.

From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.
