Wonderful breakfast with an excellent variety of food, breads, rolls, cereal and hot and cold drinks. The meats and cheese were fresh and service at the proper temperature. Just a wonderful breakfast surrounded by a spectacular view of the lake and mountains.

The Grandhotel Giessbach is a historic house from 1874 and enjoys a secluded position on a hill above Lake Brienz amid a 22-hectare park. Location is outstanding. Amazing views of the enchanting lake Brienz and the Giessbach Falls and surroundings. Sleep experience is excellent. The Hotel architecture and interior decoration is of such fine artistic taste and luxury, it is a gem. Quite classical and historic as if one is living the high life in the 19th century. Cuisine too was of a high standard with great variety and quality. Excellent restaurant staff attitude and courtesy.

The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony were amazing. But the best thing by far was the friendly and amazing staff.
