Bistro in the hotel is amazing. Location couldn't be better. From reception to service team everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even I've stayed in a single room, it was big enough. The Lubo - self check-in is located in the center of the city of Lucerne in the historic old town and only a 10-minute walk from Lucerne main station and just 200 metres from the shores of Lake... Everything was very clean and daily house keeping was the best they even put the dishes in the dishwasher for days when we forgot. Hotel is right in the center of old city where all the shopping and restaurants/attractions. It is just 10 mins walking with luggage and COOP market is 1 min away. perfect for family who loves to cook the food
