La Fleur de Lys is housed in a 350 year-old building right in the centre of the medieval town of Gruyère, 400 metres from Gruyère Castle, the Giger Museum and the Tibet Museum. It offers fine cuisine and free Wi-Fi. In old town Gruyère, very close to the castle and the bus stop that goes to and from the train station. The staff is exceptional and the hotel atmosphere takes you back to a less hurried time. We enjoyed our meals and the evening fire in the common sitting room. We highly recommend it.

The Hotel du Faucon with its 23 spacious rooms can be found only a few steps from the city centre and the train station, in a quiet, cobbled and pedestrianized street.

All rooms offer a flat-screen TV, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and free wireless internet access (available in the entire hotel building). Great location, close to train station and easy to see all the sites. Room was more of a suite with kitchen and eating area.
