We requested extra heater when we were leaving the room and when we return it was alteady plugged in & on and was heating our room. they also helped us the with the hotel’s restaurant reservation on a busy friday night

We had a great time at this hotel! Situated in Carouge, which quickly became our favorite area in Geneva, the location was perfect. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel provided us with free transportation cards, making it even more convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended!

Opened in March 2014, Lake Geneva Hotel in Versoix is set on the lake shore and features a restaurant serving traditional and seasonal cuisine, as well as free WiFi access. I will recommend staying at Lake Geneva Hotel. We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The lake view from the room was so beautiful. The room is spacious and so clean. The staff very friendly & supportive. The hotel environment is so beautiful. Very easy access to the train.
