Completely renovated in 2017, the historic and prestigious The Ritz-Carlton Hotel de la Paix, Geneva is located in the heart of the city, on the shore of Lake Geneva. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday and retirement. From welcoming to the room decorations to the celebration in the restaurants the staff were very thoughtful. Everything was amazing! The concierge and the front desk staff were super helpful in helping us with our daily arrangements. One of the concierge, Matteus and a front desk staff, Nassim went out the way to arrange a special cake and a thoughtful gift for me. The stay was very memorable.

Offering panoramic views of the lake and Mont Blanc, this luxurious, elegantly renovated 5-star hotel is located right on the shore of Lake Geneva. The location is excellent. The entire staff of the hotel are amazing, always exceed expectations. This is by the far the best place in Geneva to stay. It feels like staying at home.

Renovat în septembrie 2014, Auberge Communale de Carouge se află într-o clădire istorică din centrul oraşului Carouge, la 4 km de centrul Genevei. Oferă un restaurant și WiFi gratuit. Everything was great. My own fault for not noticing that the trams run right outside and they start early morning so I didn’t get much sleep. Perhaps ask for a room at the back next time!
