Superb location with lift for train station adjacent to it and hotel also provided free pass for local travel. Sight seeing places nearby. Overall We had a very good experience and I will surely stay here on my next visit.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. The room was a decent size, clean, with enough storage, a safe, a professional Nespresso coffee machine and the bed and pillows were confortable. A balcony with a ashtray and a beautiful view. The hotel has a pool and a lake access, perfect for summer and the view from the pool was amazing. I’m not a fan of buffet breakfasts but, between the Gorgonzola, the dispensers of farmers honey, the fresh orange juice machine, the fresh bread and pastries, all sorts of teas, eggs, cereals, nuts, etc and the different types of coffee you can order, this one is devine! The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. Skønt område, tæt på stationen, og med kun 15 minutter ned til centrum. Ganske fredeligt.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Personalet var tydeligvis godt sammentømret og godt ledet. Èn stor familie - eller næsten. De havde det godt sammen, og det smittede af på den måde, de behandlede gæsterne. Maden var virkelig lækker. Aftenbaren med Happy Hour 17-18 var også et hit. Poolområdet med bar fungerede godt og der var tillige skyggefulde liggestole under vinranker, som hørte til det lille winery, som hotellet driver.

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. The hotel location is wonderful we had a room with balcony the view was fantastic! Very clean room, bathroom needs a little updating, the breakfast was ok. Coffee available at reception was good!

Beautiful spacious Spa with Pools and Sauna. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Great food from Restaurant and Bar. Friendly and helpful stuff. Electric charging available. Nice Breakfast. I will definitely visit this place again

Hotel Stella D'Italia ligger ved bredden af den spektakulære Luganosø. Alle værelser har balkon eller terrasse med smuk udsigt over søen. The location was good, with this road from Lugano to the hotel: what a pleasure to drive until there. The room was good, in a vintage style, with a large bathroom and a beautiful view on the lake. The balcony is a real plus for this room.

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Very comfortable stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet room with excellent shower. Nothing to complain about at all.
