The whole place is covered in quirky artwork and the staff and breakfast were impeccable.

Great facilities and location of hotel. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent with a huge variety. Room was very spacious and air conditioning was great.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Staff is incredibly kind and patient. Location is excellent right near the train station but on an absolutely lovely property. Restaurant is also excellent.

I only stayed for one night, but this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The cleanliness and organization were impeccable, and the staff was incredibly polite and attentive. Every detail was well taken care of, making my stay truly enjoyable. It was worth every penny! A fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Comfortable beds, room service with impeccable cleaning. Superb breakfast Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Automatic shoe cleaner in the 1st floor, helping a lot to give that finishing touch before I went to a symposium. This way, I could do all my activitives knowing without need to worry anything regarding the hotel.
