People are very professional and helpful and make you feel like home. Breakfast was delicious and place of breakfast was very convenient. Service is always available and management were very helpful to resolve our issue when our flight was cancelled and they were able to accommodate us for an extra night with same rate despite the hotel been very busy and fully booked. We were also offered an upgrade with a discount in the best room with a beautiful view on the lake.

We were trilled with our entire stay! The staff was incredible. The hotel is so charming and well maintained. Our room was huge. We slept wonderfully, didn’t hear a thing the whole night. The restaurant was fantastic. We just could not have been happier. We hope to visit again. We highly recommend this hotel!

We requested extra heater when we were leaving the room and when we return it was alteady plugged in & on and was heating our room. they also helped us the with the hotel’s restaurant reservation on a busy friday night

The modern, individually furnished rooms feature a flat-screen TV, wooden floors, and a bathroom. We had a great time at this hotel! Situated in Carouge, which quickly became our favorite area in Geneva, the location was perfect. Although the room wasn't very spacious, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the hotel provided us with free transportation cards, making it even more convenient to explore the city. Highly recommended!
