Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful small hotel in a beautiful village. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent, close to train station and lake. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay here again.

The Château d'Ouchy is a renovated medieval castle with an original donjon (keep) in a scenic location in Lausanne, directly on the shores of Lake Geneva. Guests can enjoy the restaurant 57° Grill, the cosy bar, the outdoor pool, the modern leisure area with sauna, hammam and a treatment room called "Le Boudoir" by flyspa, as well as the terrace facing the lake. We got the attic room which is excellent. Love the view.

Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, and hammam, as well as a restaurant. The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

The best hotel in town. 4s is posh but no soul. This has British soul with swiss heritage. Only address if you can afford it.

Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the shopping district, the lake-front promenade and the main museums. It was just a beautiful room with wonderful architectural features and details. The bed was super comfortable and very large. The location was just incredible. Within walking distance to so many great Swiss restaurants and shopping. A truly magical experience.
