I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

Limpieza. Moderno. Tranquilo y que está justo frente al río. Todo en perfecto estado. Desde la sala se pueden ver las montañas el río y la gente haciendo parapente.

The courtesy of the staff was excellent, the lounge facility was well equipped with essential items and allowed flexibility to bring our own food. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was excellent around 400m walking from Interlaken West Station and close to the market and restaurants. There was no hesitation by the team in allowing us to keep our luggage in the morning prior to checkin and even post checkout Overall a great experience.
