Hirschen is situated in a 17th century landmark building located in Interlaken. This hotel features a garden and free WiFi throughout the property. Very nice room, the staff very polite and helpfull. Really excellent breackfast. There's a very good restaurant on the ground floor. That's a very good hotel to stay in Interlaken and see all the Jungfrau Region.

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The Victoria Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa enjoys a privileged and picturesque location in Interlaken, between 2 beautiful lakes at the foot of the eternally snow-capped Jungfrau. I really liked the property overall. From the room to the location, the food, and the staff — everything was top-notch. Truly a great experience!

The Rössli is a cosy, comfortably furnished hotel enjoying a quiet but central location with a magnificent view of the Jungfrau massif. It was the best time for me during my 5 days in Interlaken. The greetings and coffee from the friendly old couple every morning gave me strength to start the day.

The lady who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly which made us feel right at home and she even helped me out with an adapter for my phone charger as I realised I had the wrong one. The rooms were lovely and had stunning views! 10/10 would recommend! The breakfast was also very good!
