Overlooking Lake Zurich, this historic hotel in Meilen is only a 15-minute drive from Zurich. The Hirschen am See Hotel offers a restaurant serving Swiss and international cuisine. Great waterfront hotel. We had a nice room with a beautiful view of the lake, large bathroom, clean comfortable beds. Staff are wonderful! Best breakfast and fabulous dining area, beautifully decorated. Short train ride from Zurich HB main station to Meilen station, then you can walk to hotel (10min. walk) or take the 925 bus just outside the station to the bus stop just before the hotel (Obermeilen stop). Quiet area with not too many stores or restaurants but easy enough to get a train wherever you want to go.

In a historic building dating from 1462, Romantik Hotel Schwan is located in the historic Old Town of Horgen. It offers free WiFi access. Beautiful hotel, great location, lovely staff, breakfast very fine and the shower is the sweet part :) Thank you it was a pleasure
