Also here you could choose to eat inside or outside, on the lake shore, absolutely amazing! It is 5 min walk from the bus stop and in the city centre so walking distance to practically everything. The port is not even 50 m away. Would recommend it!

Completely renovated in 2013, Hotel Rio Muralto is located in front of the train station, 1-minute walk distance from all alle the public transport and the funicular to the Madonna del Sasso. The property is 650m away from Piazza Grande and 450m from Locarno harbor. Super close to the train station but so quiet and a very easy walk to the lake or middle of town.

The Hotel Du Lac is located 200 metres from the train station, the funicular, the pier and the bus stop for all your excursions and is only a few steps away from Locarno's old town and the lake.

All rooms are non-smoking, air-conditioned and have been completely renovated in 2023. Most of them offer views of Lake Maggiore or the Piazza Grande. A beautiful little hotel with lovely lake views will definitely be coming again

The non-smoking rooms are unique in their design and different from one another. They come with a flat-screen TV, and some also feature access to a balcony. We had a wonderful experience sitting by the open window in our room overlooking the street filled with bustling people. The Risotto Fest was amazingly fun and delicious. We loved visiting with the locals at the tables. Great location just minutes away from the Plaza and to the train.

The location was perfect - easy access to the train station, public transport and the shops. The hotel is clean, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and had a funky radio built into the bedside table.
