The lady was very helpful i needed a kettle and a crib for my 6 month they brought us right away and my little one loved to play in it. The bed and the pillows were very comfy!! Kitchen was very much well equiped with quality stuff however no oven . overall we had a very good experince with the place i would definitly stay there again

Free WiFi access is available. My friend and I love our stay at the hotel. The hotel located a top of a hill so we enjoyed the landscape view for the lake of Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was with lake view, the sun rise and sun set was breathtaking from our room. Amazing delicious breakfast. From the hotel there is a funicular that gets you straight to town. Friendly, helpful and always smiling staff :)))
