Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la Radisson Blu Lucerna. Hotelul este situat excelent, chiar lângă gară și foarte aproape de lac, ceea ce îl face extrem de accesibil. În plus, am beneficiat de transport public gratuit pe toată perioada șederii. Hotelul este deosebit, fiecare cameră fiind decorată într-o culoare diferită, ceea ce îi oferă un caracter aparte. Am primit și un upgrade gratuit la o cameră superioară, un gest foarte apreciat.
