It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Good location (at main road), near to zermatt train station, coop, restaurants. Room is clean/spacious (with balcony). Breakfast is good, plenty of choices.

What is more the hotel is really pet friendly in the room we found bed and bowls prepared for our dog, which was a pleasant surprise. The area is quiet, rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Wellness area was perfect - cameral, we had it almost for ourselves. Breakfasts are excellent with variety of food to choose. I truly recommend and hope to be back soon!

The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

As I was there for work I couldn't spend too much time on the premises , but they were having a lovely garden which I definitely would check out the next time

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Best place I’ve ever been in my life!!! Excellent attention, best view on Zermatt , centric, a place to dream of. If I have the opportunity will definitely return!!!
