First of all I would like to thank the couple working there for their help and especially for preparing the breakfast as a packed lunch for 2 days and the breakfast was made to my liking. The hotel staff are amazing the hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well with wide variety of food.

The hotel is located really close to the center and to the public traffic; train station/bus station. The buildings and the garden are really nice. The view is awesome. Within the facilities erything is clean and well maintained. The kitchen and lunch-room are well equiped and clean. They have fridge, oven, stove, microwave, kettle, kitchenette, etc. for shared use. The free parking lodge is a great advantage. For this price with this location, it was a great choice.

Just in 2 minutes from the railway station, with good AC and refreshing swimming pool. Wonderful escape from heat! Staying in the hotel is just an aesthetic pleasure! Excellent breakfast with personally brewed coffee is great too! Love to come back someday.

The breakfast is served in a beautiful room overlooking the lake with a full range of choices for breakfast. You can't go wrong booking this hotel. If we return to Lugano, the Walter will be our #1 choice.
