El Piccolo Hotel goza de una ubicación tranquila, a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Locarno y del centro de la ciudad. This boutique hotel is ideally located in a quiet area of Locarno. The breakfast buffet has an excellent variety of regional meats, eggs, fruits, and breads. It’s only a short walk to the train station. They also offered the Ticino Card, which made access to public transportation easy! The hotel is family run. Nikoli was very helpful with information about the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Este hotel de 4 estrellas y gestión familiar está ubicado a orillas del lago de Lugano y ofrece varios restaurantes, wifi gratuita y piscina exterior orientada al sur con acceso directo al lago. The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially in helping to accommodate us with our baby. The pool by the lake was gorgeous and the bar was a lovely place to relax with a drink. The breakfast buffet was also great. It was really easy to walk into the town with lots of bars, restaurants and shops but felt very peaceful and relaxing by the lake.

El Hotel Tamaro es una antigua casa señorial del siglo XVIII, situada a orillas del lago Mayor, en el centro de Ascona. Beautifully appointed hotel, right on the promenade. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are is Ascona.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. The hostel exceeded all our expectations. Firstly, it is a great location near the city centre. You can walk into the city on foot. Secondly, it has a cool swimming pool, lots of sun loungers and umbrellas, you can have a good rest after the road. I also liked that the room, although compact, was very comfortable and had air conditioning. Toilets and showers on the floor, plumbing in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly. There are many refrigerators in the dining room, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. We will definitely come back here again!

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. it was a lovely stay where i had a very tiny room - yet i was happy with it becasue staff was exceellent and super helpful and friendly
