The whole place is covered in quirky artwork and the staff and breakfast were impeccable.

El Piccolo Hotel goza de una ubicación tranquila, a 8 minutos a pie de la estación de tren de Locarno y del centro de la ciudad. Very friendly lady at reception. Helped me a great deal and told me things about my booking I did not know, including the complimentary bus/train pass, and also helped me acknowledge my silly mistake of thinking I had paid, when I thought I had already online but had not!

The Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss is located on the lake-side promenade of Ascona, 300 metres from the centre. It offers historic-style rooms and free internet access. Absolutely perfect. If you want to feel welcomed and relaxed- that’s the place. The receptionist was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool, the garden, the restaurant all perfect. I highly recommend.

El Hotel Tamaro es una antigua casa señorial del siglo XVIII, situada a orillas del lago Mayor, en el centro de Ascona. Beautifully appointed hotel, right on the promenade. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we are is Ascona.
